HMAA offers clients $1000 per calendar year for holistic health care.
This is a combined amount that includes massage therapy, naturopathy, chiropractic and acupuncture.

For massage therapy, there is a 10% copay ($8) and a 20% copay ($16) for each session of 60 minutes. If you choose to only receive massage therapy, that would offer you  per year, 15 sessions for 20% copay and 13 sessions for 10% copay.

There is no online way to track the remaining balance, so you will need to call them to find out the amount left. Their number is : 808-791-7557. They have always been very helpful and kind in answering any questions.You will be responsible for the cost of the session if there is no remaining balance.

I offer longer session times for clients who prefer a longer treatment. The insurance is billed for 60 minutes. So if you choose a 75 minute session, that will be $15 and a 90 minute will be $30 in addition to the copay.
